By creating an account or using Mingle U, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and a current college student with a valid school .edu email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't share your account or impersonate anyone. Notify us at team@mingleu.love if you suspect unauthorized use.
To keep Mingle U safe, you agree not to:
Zero tolerance. Mingle U has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We filter user-generated content, review every report, and remove violating content and the accounts responsible. You can report or block any user directly in the app, or email us at team@mingleu.love. We review reports promptly — typically within 24 hours — and remove violating content and eject the users responsible.
You own the photos and content you post. You grant Mingle U a limited license to host and display that content within the app so we can provide the service. You're responsible for the content you share.
Mingle U does not conduct criminal background checks on users. Always use good judgment, meet in public, and tell a friend when meeting someone new. You interact with other users at your own risk.
Mingle U is free to use. Optional premium features may be offered as a subscription billed through your app store account, subject to that store's terms. Manage or cancel anytime in your store settings.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the community.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee matches, uninterrupted service, or that the app will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingle U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
